mobilisation methodology

TEAMWIN is a workshop-based approach to mobilising teams, projects and strategic initiatives through enhanced collaboration, and turns meetings and conferences into action-oriented and enjoyable events.

It combines thought provoking concepts, practical documents, and innovative collaborative tools. Its unifying concept is the journey metaphor, tailored to reflect the process from planning through implementation.

It is designed to integrate a framework for action planning, a process to sustain the momentum, and a philosophy for high performance leadership and teamwork.

There are five key concept areas:

1. Thinking strategically

Integrating an action framework, process and philosophy
Positioning the project or problem within the bigger picture
Capturing the imagination
Managing risk

2. Engaging and aligning

Taking the line of least resistance
Building a dynamic organisation or alliance
Reconciling tradeoffs in decision-making

3. Measuring performance

Negotiating and building ownership of goals and 'partnership' deliverables at key interfaces

4. Being creative

Brainstorming, synthesising and distilling ideas into actionable solutions

5. Optimising teams

Blending personalities and different cultures to maintain healthy tension and avoid 'group think'

Another distinguishing feature of TEAMWIN is the range and quality of documents. We pride ourselves on the speed, quality and clarity of our report writing, especially the transcripts and strategic thinking.
